Ethical Youth Leadership Development

Uganda has about 35 million young people, making them the majority of the population, yet many grow up without meaningful exposure to practical democratic and ethical values such as participation, accountability, fairness, and responsible decision-making. As they take on leadership roles in schools, communities, and other spaces, this gap often shapes how leadership is practiced. At AfriEthics Initiative, we work with young people at this critical stage to help them understand and apply these values in real-life situations. Our approach is youth-led, giving them space to lead, share their experiences, reflect on real challenges, and actively shape the learning process in ways that feel relevant and practical to their daily lives.

Institutional Integrity and Anti-Fraud Program

The Institutional Integrity and Anti-Fraud Program supports government and private institutions to strengthen integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct in their daily operations. Through practical, scenario-based learning and participatory discussions, the program helps participants understand fraud, corruption, and other integrity risks, while equipping them with the knowledge and skills to prevent them.
