Professional Services
At AfriEthics Initiative (AEI), we believe that building a sustainable organization is essential to achieving lasting impact. To support the continuity of our mission, AEI provides selected professional services that align with our commitment to ethics, integrity, accountability, and good governance. In line with Section 46 of the Non-Governmental Organisations Act, 2016 (as amended), any income generated through these services is reinvested into our programs and activities.
By generating part of our own income, we are able to reduce dependence on grant funding and strengthen our ability to continue serving communities, young people, and institutions even when external funding opportunities are limited. This helps ensure that our work remains consistent, independent, and focused on long-term impact.
These services draw on the knowledge, experience, and professional expertise within the organization. Our Founder and Executive Director is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), bringing practical experience in fraud prevention, ethics, accountability, and governance. This expertise helps shape the quality of the services we offer and reinforces our commitment to the values we promote.
All revenue generated through these services is used solely to support AEI's mission and operations. It is not distributed as profit to members, directors, or staff. AEI remains committed to operating in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and public benefit.
When you engage our services, you are not only accessing professional support—you are also helping sustain programs that nurture ethical leadership, integrity, and responsible citizenship across Uganda.
